Allen Carter is an independent comic creator,
and the sole creator of the titles “Damn Tourists,” and “Cosmic Force.”
Allen was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, but has been living in Los Angeles, CA since 2005,
Allen began his art and storytelling at the age of six, and never stopped.
